Independent Perfume House Liz Zorn Perfumes has created a new collection of natural colognes for their Soivohle’ brand of Artisan Fragrances.

United States (PRunderground) June 08, 2009 – The new Artisan Cologne Suite from Soivohle (pronounced see-vo) is the latest in a long line of natural fragrances created by perfumer Liz Zorn. Based on the Old World application of the term cologne, as a light bright citrusy and sometimes herbal scent, Zorn has taken the classification in a new direction, while at the same time staying true to the cologne genre’. The Suite consists of four scents: Ylang n Pepper, which pairs Ylang Ylang and Pink Pepper with spice notes. Geranium Rose Mint, a lovely clean, slightly rosy scent with a minty undertone. Vetiver n Guaiac, a unique pairing of Vetiver essential oil with Guaiacwood and a touch of leather and spice. and Lavender n Patchouli, A classic pairing of lavender and patchouli essential oils with dry amber notes and vanilla.

Zorn who has received critical acclaim for her natural perfumes in the past says that with this new collection “I wanted to capture the essence of an old world cologne with a new world sensibility. Simple and clean, yet at the same time elegant, with a few signature twists added in to keep things interesting. My intention was to create a set of colognes that were solid enough to be worn individually, and at the same time not too fussy that they could not be layered to create a more complex scent. Either way it allows the wearer to make the choice. To go solo,or experiment with the colognes as a set and create their own signature scent.

The colognes are available individually in a 1/3 ounce spray or as a Boxed Suite of all four. Individually the colognes retail for 18.50 each and are available as the Artisan Cologne Suite (boxed set of four) at the retail price of 70.00
