It’s easy to find a weight loss program to last the rest of my life. I’ve done it a thousand times. Why did a thousand different diets fail me? I missed all my favorite foods and flavors and sooner or later went back to them. Fast forward to the day I discovered Joel Marion’s creation, “Cheat Your Way Thin”.
