Emma has successfully completed 100 shop fits, helping Martin & Co franchise owners to make their mark in their local area. 100 shop fits is an impressive achievement for any individual or organisation, but Emma has managed to achieve this figure in just over 2 years! This figure once again underlines the success and consistency of Martin & Co, who are again bucking the trend by continuing to grow at a record rate, and now have 170 offices throughout the UK.
Emma was delighted at reaching the century landmark “It is fantastic being part of such as successful franchise business whose growth, since I joined in 2007, has increased year on year. I have been involved with commercial premises since leaving university in 2002 and I still enjoy the satisfaction of negotiating a great deal for a shop unit and seeing the process through to being fully fitted out as a Martin & Co office.”
“Working with Martin & Co I have averaged 40 completed shop fits a year consisting of new franchise owners and existing franchise owners expanding into second branches within their territory. Over the last year the recession has increased the availability of commercial units and there are fantastic deals to be done.
