love my ASUS Laptop. I have not experienced any issues with my laptop so I do not know about ASUS customer service. I use a Dell for work and this laptop is loaded with a more responsive keyboard. The touch pad takes some getting used to but the laptop comes with an optical mouse and laptop carrying case.
